Removal of counter services from 1 July 2018

1st July 2018

We want to remind you that one of these changes is that our customers will not be able to use RBS branches for counter services after 30 June 2018. The removal of this service means you can no longer use RBS branches to pay cash or cheques into your account.

You can pay cheques into your account using the cheque deposit postal service. If you don’t have a postal paying-in book, please submit a request on our website at diamondmicrofnc.com/request-banking-stationery, or call us on the number below.

Although we will be withdrawing the service to deposit cash at RBS branches, you can still make transfers into your accounts electronically. For more information on these electronic methods of depositing cash, please see our Guide to your Account brochure which can be found at diamondmicrofnc.com/download-literature.
