Starting June 2019, you’ll receive interest on your Account as per the frequency mentioned in your Account’s Fact Sheet. You can view and download your Account Fact Sheet on the Download literature page under Resources.

When you are on the Download literature page, select your customer type from the drop-down list (e.g. Personal Banking, Business Banking, etc.) and then from within the Account Fact Sheets category select the Fact Sheet for your bank account.

Please note it will not be possible to pay interest at the frequency you’ve opted for, if it is different to what is specified in the Account literature.

Additionally, we’re changing the interest payment frequency from quarterly to monthly for 3 products - Reserve Account, Asset 30 and Investment Account. Effective June 2019, all accounts within these 3 products will receive a monthly payment of interest.
