We'd recently written to you about the changes we're making to the day on which you'll receive interest payment on your Account. These changes are effective from 18 October 2019. Your Account will only be impacted if it falls within any of the following scenarios.

1. If you currently receive monthly interest payments on a day other than the last day of the month
   1. If you have not yet received interest in May, you'll see an additional interest payment in your Account on 18 May and the next date on which you'll receive interest will be 31 May; or
   2. If you have received interest in May, your next interest credit date will be 31 May
   
   All subsequent monthly interest payments will be made on the last day of the month.
   
   
2. If you currently receive quarterly interest payments on a day other than the last day of March, June September and December
   
   1. If you have not yet received interest for the current quarter and are due to be paid before 30 June, you'll receive an additional interest payment on 18 May and your next payment date will be 30 June; or
   2. If you have received interest for the current quarter and are not due to be paid before 30 June, you'll receive your next interest payment on 30 June; or
   3. If you have received an interest payment for the current quarter, you'll receive interest next on 30 June
   
   All subsequent quarterly interest payments will be made on the last day of March, June, September and December.
   
   
3. If you currently receive 6 monthly interest payments
   1. If you have not yet received interest for the current 6 month period and are due to be paid before 30 June, you'll receive an additional interest payment on 18 May and your next payment date will be 30 June; or
   2. If you have not yet received interest for the current 6 month period and are not due to be paid before 30 June, your next interest payment date will be 30 June; or
   3. If you have received interest for the current 6 month period, you'll receive your next interest payment on 30 June
   
   All subsequent 6 monthly interest payments will be made on the last day of June and December.
   
   
4. If you currently receive annual interest payments
   1. If you have not yet received interest for this calendar year and are due to be paid before 31 December, you'll receive an additional interest payment on 18 May and your next payment date will be 31 December; or
   2. If you have received an interest payment after 1 January, your next interest payment date will be 31 December
   
   All subsequent annual interest payments will be made on the last day of December.
