Please have your Personal Access Code (PAC) to hand when calling. If you don’t have a PAC or have lost or forgotten it, please contact us on the number above.

Please note: You should call us immediately if you suspect that someone may have discovered your PIN.

Visa Global Customer Assistant Services

If you lose your Debit Card whilst abroad you can contact the Visa Global Customer Assistance Centre (open 24 hours) to request a temporary replacement which can normally be delivered within 48 hours. You can also request an emergency cash advance of up to £500 to be available from your nearest Visa bank branch.
